Absolute Riverfront House

This well appointed two-storey riverfront house is conveniently located only minutes across the river from the township of Morgan. Enjoy stunning riverfront views as you sit and relax on the front balcony. This spacious property features four bedrooms with quality linen and bedding provided (maximum 10 adults permitted). There are two bathrooms - one with luxury spa. There is plenty of room for larger groups with two spacious lounge areas, a large dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher. The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning and also ceiling fans in every room for year round comfort.

Relax on the large lawn areas at both the front and rear of the house. Lawn to rivers edge and sandy ski beach makes it easy and safe for swimming, mooring your boat or jet ski. Boat ramp for shack holders is close by. An excellent holiday property for families or couples.

Four bedrooms - all quality linen and bedding provided and included in price. Please note accommodates 14 people, but maximum of 10 adults. (some of the beds are top bunks and not suitable for adults).

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen.
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen.

Locality


Approximately 2 hours drive from Adelaide, this is an ideal weekend getaway or fully equipped for longer stays.

The township of Morgan has two hotels, several takeaway stores, bakery, supermarket, hardware, general store and two petrol stations.

* No smoking indoors
* Maximum occupancy 14 people at any one time at property
(please note maximum of 10 adults due to bedding configurations)
* No houseboats to be moored on property

* Refundable Security Bond of $1000 applies.

Deposit/Payment Details


Deposit:
a) To confirm your tentative booking a deposit of 50% is required within 2 days of a successful response to your TakeABreak on-line booking request.
b) Payment can be made by direct through the TakeABreak on-line credit card payment system.
c) Alternatively payment can be made direct to the property by cheque, money order or direct deposit into the property's bank account.
g) If a booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the full amount will be due within 2 days.
Balance:
a) The balance of the accommodation cost is payable 30 days prior to your arrival.
h) Payment of the balance can also be made by direct through the TakeABreak on-line credit card payment system.
b) Alternatively payment can be made direct to the property by cheque, money order or direct deposit into the bank account.

Security Bond:
a) A refundable security bond of $1000 is also required to be paid at the same time the balance is payable, being 30 days prior to your arrival date.
b) This security bond is made payable through the property, not through TakeABreak.
c) This amount can be made by cheque, money order or direct deposit into the property's bank account.
d) This security bond is to cover any breakages or damaged caused during your stay. Following your departure, the bond will be refunded once the owners have completed a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Family Friendly


Portacot available, Plastic crockery and cutlery available for children, Games/videos for children under 5 available, Games/videos for children between 5 and 12 available, Games/videos for children over 12 available, Games room, Children's playground equipment.

There is a portacot and portable booster seat/high chair available for use at no charge. (Please note BYO bedding for the cot). Range of baby toys. Some other childrens toys. Lots of board games for all ages. Some DVD's provided. (please note no VCR) There is also a basketball ring, table tennis table and pool table.

Fishing


Fishing available on-site, Located on waterfront, Boatramp within 5 minute drive.

As property is located on riverfront, you can fish from out the front!

Wake boarding / water skiing


Boat ramp within 5 minute drive, Parking for boats available.

Grass to waters edge, sandy ski beach to pull up your boat. No ski equipment or boat available for hire.

Absolute waterfront, Expansive water views.

Absolute riverfront, unrestricted views. The holiday house overlooks the river. Enjoy views from large balcony. Sandy ski beach to pull your boat into. Boat ramp for shack holders close by.
