Buena Vista is situated at the highest part of Nambucca Heads with views to the Ocean north and south. Privately situated you cannot see neighbors- just ocean and trees. It is a five minute walk to Belby and Shelly Beach, and then to main beach, the town centre. Inverted Air Conditioner, broadband, and foxtel installed. Dog Friendly with huge fenced backyard. Sunny position, polished floors, Comfortable furniture. Main bedroom has a king bed-linen included-while 2nd bed has a double with a single above. Kitchen includes Huge fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and stovetop and seperate oventoaster. Four burner bbq on deck. Ocean Views From front entry deck, main living, main bedroom, and deck. Seperate Rumpus Room downstairs with it's own front and back entry, bedroom with queen bed, with its own TV and sofabeds for kids to hang out which walks out onto back garden. Laundry is also out the back which has another bathroom and shower with washer and dryer as well. Beautiful established gardens on all sides of the property. Garage for one car. Only absolutely positive feedback every time from everyone that stays!
