Cottage, Holiday house, Self-contained apartment

Bells By The Beach is pet and family friendly, indoors and out. Plenty of garden and lawn area and easy access to the coast makes it an pet friendly holiday location.

Your pets can snuggle up on their own personal bed. Drink and food bowls, nibbles and toys are provided.

There's a self catering kitchen, gas/micro cooking, family size fridge and enough utensils to cook up a feast after a day at the beach. Supermarkets and greengrocers stock everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Three bedrooms will sleep six people, with space for a porta cot. Two QS beds have electric blankets, two single beds have extra blankets. The main bedroom also has LCD TV, DVD and video and a good range of movies.

Linen option: You can choose to BRING YOUR OWN linen and towels, or we can make up your beds with our linen and towels for $20 per QB and $15 per SB, for your entire stay.

The dining area has oodles of space with seating for six. All seasons are catered for with a cosy gas log fire for cooler nights, reverse cycle airconditioning and ceiling fans for summer.

Relax in the spa bath after a day out, with bubbles in the water, and maybe bubbles in a glass!

Books, magazines and word puzzles will enhance your holiday enjoyment, along with a 66cm LCD TV, DVD, and radio/CD player in the living room.

There's an automatic washing machine in the laundry and an outdoor clothes line. These facilities will take care of laundry needs during your stay. Two clothes airers are provided for your convenience.

For a quick clean-up for family or pets, after a day at the beach, try the warm shower located near the back door.

Cook a meal on the portable BBQ, eat outdoors with family and friends, or relax with coffee or a bottle of Bellarine wine while you read the local papers!

Wineries, many with cellar doors, are close to Bells By The Beach.

On arrival we offer complimentary refreshments, a wide range of tourist information, books, games, toys and buckets and spades for the beach.

Ocean Grove has lots of parks and playgrounds. Ocean Grove Nature Reserve is easily accessible, off Grubb Road. Begola Wetlands is a short stroll from Bells By The Beach Holiday House.

The Bellarine wine region is becoming THE place to visit for the best in cool climate wines.

The Bellarine Taste Trail is another exciting experience for all fresh food and wine lovers.

Ocean Grove is approx 25 minutes from Geelong. Avalon Airport is 45 minutes away along the M1 freeway.

Melbourne International Airport is around 1.5 hours drive from Bells By The Beach Holiday House.

* The beach is an easy 400 metre walk, past the Begola Wetlands where water and other bird species visit during the warmer months.
* Ocean Grove beach is one of the safest and longest beaches in Victoria. The sand is soft and white, rock pools appear at low tide; surfing is a popular attraction.
* The Barwon River is 2 kilometres away, with safe swimming at low tide, rock pools at the entrance and fishing from the bank of the river.
* We have buckets and spades for children to use on the beach.
