La Mer is a beautiful three bedroom beach side house with all of the comforts of home.

Please note we do not take bookings for groups under the age of 25 years.

The open plan living area has cathedral ceilings and cedar stacker doors leading to the deck. The elevated position allows you to overlook the lights of Ocean Grove whilst enjoying a BBQ on the deck.

The living area includes a brand new large screen plasma, DVD and sound system. There are comfy couches and a large dining table. It includes a R/C air conditioner and gas heater for year round comfort.

The new stainless steel kitchen includes gas hot plates, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher,large fridge and plenty of pantry and bench space. It is fully equipped with all of the gear you need to make family meals if you feel like it!

The master bedroom inclues a queen bed with sliding doors to the private courtyard. You can open the doors at night to let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. It has a full ensuite and a TV and DVD of your own.

The 2nd bed room has a queen bed and BIRs.

The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed, large WIR, large TV, DVD and VCR. It is perfect for children with a small table and chairs, bean bags and lots of kids videos, board games and toys.

La Mer provides a portacot,high chair, toddler toilet seat and steps and is next to a great playground.

The new second bathroom has a deep bath, separate shower and vanity. There is a separate very large laundry.


There is room for 1 or 2 cars inside the property and plenty of parking outside.

It is walking distance to a hotel for bistro meals and the Cheeky Cow cafe for breakfast and lunch.

Locality

La Mer is located in Ocean Grove which is 25 mins from Geelong and about 75 mins from Melbourne.

La Mer is right next to the beach. All you need to do is carry your towel down the steps! The beach is suitable for young children and they will enjoy the rock pools at low tide. The older ones will enjoy the waves for body boarding.

From the beach you can see the point Lonsdale lighthouse to the east and the bluff at Barwon Heads to the west.

There is a choice of 2 shopping centres only a few minutes drive away. They have all major banks, a post office, surf shops, clothes and gift shops, and many beautiful restaurants and cafes.

The house has a brand new cafe 2 doors up where you can eat in for breakfast and lunch or order takeaway .

Behind this is a large new playground to keep the children entertained and tables and chairs for mum and dad.

The local attractions are too numerous to mention but include;
- Historic Queenscliff with steam train 10 mins away
- Fishing at Barwon Heads
- Many golf courses
- Bowling green
- Many wineries
- Sunday markets
- Adventure park, mini golf, amaze'n'things
- close to famous surf beaches
