Within a 20 minute drive you can be at the townships of Geelong, Torquay, Jan Juc, Bells Beach, Barwon Heads, Thirteenth Beach, Point Lonsdale, Portarlington, the historic town of Queenscliff and the ferry to Sorrento. with all the attractions and activities on offer. Facilities and features of this ideal holiday location are 3 bedrooms, main with a queen size bed and full ensuite, second bedroom with a queen size bed and third bedroom sleeps 5 with a tri bunk and double bunk. TV and DVD in each bedroom. Also located downstairs are a main bathroom, toilet and laundry with dryer. Upstairs is an open plan living area with a modern kitchen, dining and lounge with large screen TV, stereo and balcony. There is also a split system heating and aircon. A lockup garage allows direct access, a seperate carport and secure yard with private courtyard, BBQ, Outdoor setting and large umbrella. Porta-Cot and highchair, games and selection of reading material available. Secure Intercom access is also provided.
