At Ocean Grove Holiday House, guests can be assured they will feel welcome & relaxed in this spacious fully self contained, two storey 4 bedroom Holiday Home. Quality facilities & amenities provided, a real home away from home. The large elevated Balcony at the rear provides a view of the Ocean out from the Rip (Port Phillip Bay entrance). The Balcony is a great place to relax with a serene view across to the Ocean, so you can sit back and WATCH THE SHIPS sailing by through the day and also at night. There are many large Ships coming & going, the occasional Ocean Cruise Liner, and the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry sails by twice daily. It's a magic sight lit up at night.

The home is well suited for 3 Couples or 2 Families as there are 4 Bedrooms with 2 Queens, 1 Double and 1 Single bed. 2 Bathrooms + a Powder room. 2 Living area's with TV's/DVD's. Table Tennis table. Fully furnished with modern new furniture, beach theme and tasteful décor, making it easy to relax & enjoy your holiday.
Our prices also cater for 2 people looking for a quiet spacious retreat outside peak periods. Please enquire for rates for longer stays.

SCHOOLIES: As the property is in a quiet street amongst permanent residents it is not suitable for Schoolies bookings and Young Groups.

PETS: Ocean Grove Holiday house is a pet free property. We have many young families & alergy sufferers stay at the home, therefore pets are not allowed inside or outside.

LOCATION: Ocean Grove Holiday House is well located in Barramundi Cres, Ocean Grove, in a quiet street amongst permanent residents. 500 metres to the local Beach for a walk along the sand, and only a few minutes drive to the Main Surf Beach where there are Lifeguards on duty all Summer. The new Indoor Pool, Gym, Skate park and free local Tennis courts are only 2 blocks from the house. Its only a 15 minute walk to the Main shops, Restauraunts & Cafe's in the Terrace and you can enjoy the fabulous Ocean views along the way.
PARKING: Garage 1 car, Onstreet 2 cars.

Outdoor Entertaining area – Large elevated Balcony, Ocean View Watch the Ships, 2 seat patio table, Gas BBQ & 6 seat outdoor setting.

Separate Toilet
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed, king doona. Ensuite with Shower, Vanity & Toilet. Outdoor Balcony & 2 seat patio table.

LINEN
All beds have good quality bedding and mattress's for your comfort. Mattress protectors, pillows, large sized doonas with covers supplied. In Summer we provide cool cotton doonas and blankets if needed and for the cooler months there are Winter Doonas and Electric Blankets on all the beds.
Guests provide their own sheets, pillow slips & bathroom towels. We can arrange to supply all linen if preferred for a one off fee per bed: Couple $25 or Single $15. Its good quality linen and our Hostess will make up your beds ready for your arrival.
Heating & Cooling: 3 split system Airconditioners, 3 portable Fans, 2 Rinnai Gas Heaters plus a Wood Heater in the dining area, so its warm and cosy in the Winter.

It's an ideal spot for outdoor eating for breakfast, BBQ's, Dinner or a few drinks with the serene view across to the Ocean. The Main Lounge has a Chocolate leather Chaise lounge, private reading lamp and a new digital TV/DVD player with a selection of popular movies for guest's use. The 8 Seat leather Dining setting, Wood fire, board games, Modern new kitchen, quality crockery, selection of wine glasses and an extensive range of cooking equipment for entertaining with friends at home. Good quality bedding & linen creates a warm luxury feeling to the two Queen bedrooms. The Home is clean & uncluttered with a bright fresh atmosphere.

FISHING
Bait is available from most service stations. The BP service station on Wallington Road is quite good, sells bait, fishing gear and licences. He can give you some tips on fishing spots. The popular fishing spots are: Off the Barwon Heads bridge, also drive over the bridge turn right down the main street and drive as far down as you can go to there is a public park shady trees & fishing spots along the bank of the Barwon River. Take a drive down to Queenscliff where the ferry comes in and fish off the wharf. The whole wharf area was redeveloped in 2010, its definitely worth a visit, there are also coffee shops, restaurants and the 360 degrees viewing tower. There are fishing shops and charter boats of all sizes.
