Close enough to Melbourne on the new Monash freeway but also 15 min. drive to Bunyip State Park, animal farm, pottery displays, Puffing Billy in the lovely township of Gembrook with anitiques, vintage car club, bushwalking and picnicing at Kirth Kiln.

Suit executive travel or family visiting relatives. Continue living whilst waiting for your house to settle.
Enjoy a comfortable stay with room to socialize - cheaper than multiple motel rooms.
Not much more than the caravan park, where you get a tin box.
