**100% PET FRIENDLY !* *Set in beautiful surroundings, with a great barbeque, outdoor settings x 3, and TWO HUGE BRAND NEW DECKS !! All for you to enjoy on those balmy summer nights that Pambula Beach is famous for!!

No need for a car to take the kids to the beach, as a quick walk sees you at the main beach, Lions Park and the famous Pambula Rivermouth! - terrific for the littlies with swings (and a long shallow water height). AND great for fishing at the turn of the tide! (tide Charts provided!!)

The main bedroom which opens on to the huge deck has a queen bed, second bedroom - a double bed, and third bedroom has two sets of double bunks .. The pristine white bathroom has a terrific large bath, which you can relax in to your heart's delight! A great plus on holidays !!

Everything in this charming beach house is Brand New as this property has just been newly renovated and refurbished!!! All new kitchen appliances, Black leather lounge suite, white dining table with black leather chairs, new comfy beds, mattresses and linen! PS Reverse cycle Air Conditioning Too!!!

This has NO steps, so terrific for little ones, disabled and the elderly!

"It was the easiest organisation of a "spur of the moment" holiday I have ever experienced. Being able to bring our dogs with us saved us a lot of stress and as a result we all had a wonderful holiday. A fantastic holiday house, really was "Heaven" and we will be back again next year!"

PETS WELCOME!!

Please DON'T pay extra huge costs for boarding kennels! Your pets are more than welcome at this Pambula Beach property. There is a fully enclosed secure yard and gorgeous kennels just for your furry friends!! And there are countless beach walks your pets will adore!!

This house is close to all amenities, three fantastic beaches, and has prolific birdlife consisting of galahs, kookaburras, bellbirds and butcherbirds to name a few!! Kangaroos frequent the lawn in front whenever they please, so a camera is a must!!

The brand new comfortable outdoor setting with huge umbrella is perfect for breakfast, lunch and of course dinner.

Go to sleep with the sound of the rolling surf, and wake up to the sound of bellbirds!

THINGS To DO!!!

RELAXING!! A Two minute walk and you're at the Pine Beach store - famous for its terrific capucinos, sushi,homemade meat pies, seafood takeaways and all your reading needs!

DINING OUT! - this area has an amazing number of different cuisines from Thai, Greek, Chinese, Italian and of course SEAFOOD restaurants - too many to list here!!

DANCING AND DINING - The two hotels in Pambula have terrific food, very child friendly, and there is always a band on Friday and Saturday nights!

SWIMMING - The Pambula Beach Pool is a 5 min walk for all the kids!! - Supervision at all times

Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided, Bedding/sleeping area provided.

All pets are allowed inside, but no pets allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Please vacuum any pet hair left inside. A very suitable vacuum is provided. There is one large kennel outside also. The back yard area is fully fenced also with another secure area inside it for pets when you leave them at the property and you go out for the day etc. The three beautiful beaches at pambula allow dogs on a lead, the 'Lions Park beach is lead free all day, a great bonus!
