This absolutely stunning, architect designed home uniquely captures the spectacular vista of 5kms of beautiful beach, ocean, mountains and national park, in a sweeping curve to Merimbula.

This is not just the best holiday house in Pambula Beach, it is probably the very best home in Pambula Beach.

This 3 storey superior property has uninterrupted views from all levels along Pambula Beach, all the way to Merimbula. The upper level contains the study, master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite with spa and large walk-in robes. At night, the lights of Merimbula sparkle across the ocean as you sip your champagne in the spa."Oh wow" is the only way to describe guests' reactions to the view when sitting at the study desk.

The middle level consists of two large and separate living areas and kitchen, with views from every point. The family room and meals area are spacious and very comfortable and open out onto the balcony for optional outdoor dining, overlooking the sea.

The large lounge with cathedral style ceilings offers a separate entertaining area.

The lower level has yet another comfortable living area and kitchenette with huge picture windows overlooking the garden which attracts many native birds, parrots and kangaroos.
A pair of sea-eagles usually fly over the garden every day.

Of course you have a HD TV, DVD and stereo for your entertainment.

You have a second master bedroom with a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 singles.

The Sapphire Coast offers a huge variety of fun and fascinating recreational activities! Come and enjoy our piece of paradise at Pambula Beach, 5 kms south of Merimbula on the Sapphire Coast, located on the Far-South Coast of New South Wales, where the mountains meet the waters of the sapphire blue ocean.

•Pambula Beach is paradise because it's completely surrounded by a National Park on one side and the ocean on the other
•It has a choice of pristine beaches...gently sloping surf beaches or the beautiful Pambula river-mouth (great for kids)
•It has the safety of Pambula Surf Life Saving Club at Pambula Beach, the only life saving club in the Merimbula area
•In the cooler weather, you have only a one minute drive to the local indoor heated pool
•Kangaroos visit every day, along with beautiful parrots and black cockatoos. Dolphins are frequently seen surfing the waves at Pambula Beach while sea eagles are spotted daily
•Around 5000 whales pass by every year and from late September until early November, the local whale watching trips guarantee you will see them
•Well maintained coastal walks along the ocean cliffs and river mouth offer superb views

“ A note to let you know that we are still 'floating' after our sublime ten days at The Ultimate at Pambula Beach. The property is indeed 'the ultimate' in every way and we could not have chosen anything more perfect for a long-awaited and much-needed 'escape' from our respective desks.

From the moment we turned the key in the door, stepped into the house, gasped at the magnificent surroundings and became aware of the chorus of birdsong that greeted us, we were hooked!

We hardly moved out of charming Pambula, venturing into Merimbula only for a 'big outing'!!! Your home is quite beautiful and immaculately kept.

The ten days were long and lazy and simply divine. We would love to ensconce ourselves at The Ultimate again, and will be in touch well ahead to book another blissful break well away from school holidays and peak periods. It was divinely "quiet" when we were there — also part of the charm.

Thank you once again for allowing us to share your very special property — we felt privileged indeed to be there and it certainly worked its magic on us.”
