Cottage, Self-contained apartment

This attractive stone block, stand alone dwelling, has been owner-built as special luxury accommodation for couples.

Facilities include a full kitchen with stainless steel accessories such as cooktop and underbench oven, microwave, & dishwasher The small refrigerator is stocked with plenty of breakfast goodies.In the large bathroom there's a spa bath for two, walk- in shower and underfloor heating. Air conditioned throughout, the cottage is comfortable whatever the weather.
Watch the digital TV or enjoy our range of DVD's, read a book or magazine, cook breakfast on the BBQ or just chill out.
A wide verandah is perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset or the stars.
Only 4 minutes to town but quiet and peaceful. situated on 10 acres.

Perfect as a base to explore the region, including the local attractions of the Alpaca Country Shop. the King's Castle, with all things Elvis, and of course the iconic Parkes Radio Telescope - the Dish, and award- winning Dish Cafe. Only an hour from Orange, Dubbo and Wellington and 30 minutes from Forbes, with attractons including the Western Plains Zoo, Wellington Caves and exploring Bushranger country.
