Avabreak beach house, located on the headland, provides the ultimate beachfront location to take in 280 degree views of the surrounding area and local bays that provide azure blue waters and long white sandy beaches. Ideal for Beach lovers.
Directly in front and only a few steps away is beautiful Magazine Bay, a pristine mini coastal paradise, a small beach cove of smooth polished pebbles and white sands. A great place to swim, snorkel, fish or just relax.
When the waters are calm you can see the dolphins frolic and play. Watch evening thunder storms cross the gulf during the summer months. Enjoy our evening skies as you gaze above at a billion stars.
Unique in design, this new home sets the benchmark in modern day, environmentally friendly executive holiday living. North facing, the beach house utilises the natural sunlight and cooling effects from the ocean to provide comfort all year round.
Operating on rain water only, the green lawns and gardens are self watering from the water used when you stay there.
The brilliant location provides ocean views from every window. Avabreak beach house provides plenty of room to spread out and relax.
Downstairs offers a large galley style kitchen complete with stainless euro appliances,and yes there is a dish washer so the kids can do the dishes, porcelain floors, 8 person timber dining table representing a boat, large leather lounge and TV, double bedroom with queen bed and bathroom opposite, laundry with washer/dryer and outdoor alfresco area.
Upstairs, large leather lounges and coffee table, private cinema with 106cm HD Plasma TV, computer/reading table, one double bedroom with queen bed and bathroom opposite, large bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, balcony with outdoor table and chairs.

The Beach house is in a quiet, convenient, location and only a short walk to the local Tavern, Jetty and Bakery.Directly in front of the beach house only a few steps away is beautiful Magazine Bay, great for swimming, snorkeling, fishing or just relaxing. Point Turton provides an excellent boat ramp offering protected waters. There is plenty of room for the boat to be parked at the beach house.

We have more accessible beaches here than most locations, firstly directly in front of the beach house, a secluded cove of smooth pebbles and white sands, the region offers 300 km of coastline in all directions, calm bays, rocky bays, white sandy beaches and some of Australia's best surf beaches, all with in a 30min drive from your accommodation.
Boogie boards and snorkeling gear available for hire.

Birdwatching

Innes National Park offers a perfect place for Bird watching, including the illusive mallee fowl.
Minlaton offers a bird hide overlooking a winter lake.
A range of sea birds can be viewed from the property, the Aussie magpie will sit on the railing and sing for you in exchange for a small piece of you breakfast.
The sounds of birds from the open fields and sea can be enjoyed when sitting in the alfresco area. Very relaxing.

On a calm day the waters will glass off and offer fabulous under water views of our local marine habitat. Paddle along the shore line and follow the coast to remote beaches and rocky bays.

Building designed along eco-lines, Building made from ecologically friendly materials, Bio-cycle or equivalent waste system., Recycling facilities available.

The property is of unique design and offers smooth profiling to reduce wind noise, takes advantage of the oceans northerly sea breeze for cooling and utilises the suns rays for heating.
All timber work is from new growth forests or is of recycled material.
The property has only rain water and recycles all waste water to the lawns and gardens.
Waste recycling is available on site and managed by our local councils service.

We don't have hundreds of whales but we do get the odd one coming through and their easily spotted on a calm day from the balcony of the beach house, follow the whales by car if you wish as they head along our coastline.

The bays of the local area provide fabulous winds when the weather takes a change, great beach launch location at Flaherty's beach for kite sailing. BYO equipment.

Winter Holiday

Winter holidays offer something a bit different, the calm seas of summer and autumn start to change and can provide some spectacular viewing as the oceans waves meet the land.
