Things to do include touring to Cape Tribulation and seeing the magnificent rain forests. Swimming in the Mossman gorge with the native fish and seeing the fire flies in the evening. Catch the train to Kuranda and enjoy the local markets and come back via the Sky rail. When you have finished warming up on land the Great Barrier Reef bekons with several tours leaving daily from the pier, ten minutes walk away.


In the evening every dining appetite is catered for from fine dining to a gourmet pizza bar or if you enjoy cooking there is always fresh sea food and vegetables available for you to design your own meal in the comforts of the well appointed kitchen.


Port Douglas has several hotels and bottle stores with two local supermarkets and many specialty stores. If you love playing golf there are numerous courses in Port Douglas and surrounding areas.
Four mile beach is equipped with stinger nets to ensure safe swimming all year round or if walking interests you more there is a challenging hike to the top of the lookout where you get an amazing view of the peninsula and surrounding area.

This spacious 2 storey unit has got an inground pool to relax and cool down in at the end of the day. There are 2 spa baths in the ensuite bathrooms to soothe away the aches and pains ready for you to enjoy your time in Port Douglas. Shopping and restaurants across the road and Four Mile beach just 3 minutes away by foot. If you love cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer to make as little work as possible for you or there is a gas BBQ provided.
