- Luxury chef's kitchen (Italian Ilve stove/2 drawer s/s dishwasher etc)
- Fully equipped bathroom with spa bath, shower, etc
- Laundry (washing machine and dryer)
- Full BBQ facilities
- The house has 360° verandas and decking, and to the north side features decking several metres wide - a veritable sun trap!
- Full breakfast hamper provided for B&B guests
- And not forgetting, Tower Hill House is just minutes to the shops, restaurants and attractions of both Port Fairy and Warrnambool.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The owners very friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in complete privacy with the lovely gardens all around and watching the abundant wildlife and birds. Great views to the sea. Tower Hill reserve was just behind the house and a lovely place to explore. Highly recommended.

Locality

Tower Hill House is within an easy distance of so many attractions - for instance The Great Ocean Road and The 12 Apostles, The Grampians, the seal colony at Bridgewater Bay, are all a leisurely day trip. A few minutes away are award winning restaurants, shops, heritage and beaches of Port Fairy and Warrnambool - and right on your doorstep the extraordinary Tower Hill State Game Reserve. Whether you stay overnight, weekend, or weekly your stay will be as relaxing as it is fun - it's up to you!
