The Kermandie Lodge - Motel and Villas, a very pleasant fifty minute drive to the south of Hobart, is nestled on the banks of the Kermandie Rivulet which flows into the scenic and calm waters of the Huon River. It is an excellent "kick-off" point to all the Attractions that are plentiful in this beautiful area.

All the accommodation, in the Motel and in the Villa Units, has been recently upgraded and modernized for your convenience and relaxation. All have excellent water views.

Locality

There are plenty of attractions in the Huon Valley, including the Forest and Heritage Centre, Tahune Air Walk and the Hasting Caves. Also in the area is trout/salmon Fishing, wineries, river cruises and jet boats, bushwalking and various activities for both couples and families.

We are the closest accommodation to the famous Tahune Air Walk.

Property

Kermandie lodge is located in a very picturesque setting, all units have excellent views of the Huon River. We are directly on the Huon Highway, located in a peaceful and quiet area only 45 minutes south of Hobart.

All villa units consist of a lounge room, 1 double bedroom and 1 multi-bed bedroom. They are fully self-contained with cooking, laundry and bathroom facilities and have been recently modernized and up graded. All rooms have outstanding views and all guests have free access to the BBQ area. Meals can also be obtained at the adjoining restaurant.

Modern clean and spacious hotel rooms have been recently updated and refurbished and have all the extras that are expected by today's guests. All rooms are set within a quiet setting and have beautiful views over the Huon river.
