Just a couple of minutes walk from the back beach, and play ground. this home offers a luxurious seaside holiday to couples and families alike.

Beautiful for swimming, fishing, walking or even bike riding.

Offering new split system, heating and cooling,

Separate Laundry with front Loader washing machine.

Kitchen has a full-size electric oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer, coffee filter making machine (supply own coffee)

Bedroom 1 queensize bed with quilt and pillows, bedroom 2 single bunks with quilts and pillows supplied

Lounge with double sofa beds (quilts & pillows supplied)
HD T.V, DVD, some DVD's supplied

Hirer to supply own sheets, pillow slips, towels and teatowels.

Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Fish cleaning station for the fisherman in the family.

Easy Access to Port Vincent. Great town and people. Facilities available in Main Street, IGA, Butchers, Hotel, etc.. Great swimming for the children. Boating and crabbing. Walk or bike ride along the beaches or along the cliff faces which are supplied with walking paths and view the seas.
