Cottage

This lovely cottage is in a fabulous location with an easy walk to the harbour, beach amd main street. The park and market, on once a month in season, are at the end of the street. The cottage, furnished with antiques, has an old world charm. It has a warm ambience, and comfort is assured with good heating, and electric blankets and has airconditioning for the warmer days. The bathroom has a spa bath, and a continental laundry with washer, dryer and iron. The kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher. French doors lead from the lounge to a peaceful enclosed garden, which has barbecue facilities. Suits a winter getaway, as well as summer holidays. The property has off street parking

Locality

Alassio cottage is in the Fisherman Flats area, which makes it very accessable to the beach, the Queenscliff/Sorento ferry, the pier(a favourite spot for fishermen), the harbour, fine restaurants and cafes, fashionable shops, the blues train, and the old steam engine and railway, which takes you back to a past era. Queenscliff is just over and an hour and a half from Melbourne and is surrounded by wineries, birdlife on Swan Bay, golfing facilities, and is a favourite venue for weddings.
