Sleeping arrangements

Room 1 - Double sized bed.
Room 2 - Two single beds with pull out sleepers (sleeps 4)
Room 3 - Queen sized bed.
Room 4 - 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)

Three Double Sofa beds and more matresses in living areas if required.

Hire one of our bikes and cycle along paths winding through the coasts grassed park areas and sand dunes.

Your dog is welcome to stay subject to the following
conditions.

* A $100 pet bond is due 7 days prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 14 days with your security bond subject to the following rules being adhered too.

* Pets are only to sleep in the outside area under the patio, with an off ground matt type or cane/plastic bed which lifts the pets
bedding off the ground.

* Pets are to be fed outside. Pets are not to be given bones (may be left in house or garden)

* Pets are not permitted inside the house on any furniture. (including benches and tables) or beds . The house has new carpets and tiled areas so we are wanting to avoid any pet smells inside the house.

* Pet owners are to remove all faeces from the garden area and Keep all outside areas clean. All pet faeces can be buried under the lemon tree behind the studio.

* Pets are not to be washed inside the house using the bathroom,
kitchen or laundry facilities.

* Pets are to be clean and dry prior to entering the property area.
(Especially if returning from the beach)

* Seagate Beach Retreat linen & towels are not to come into contact with pets.

* Seagate Beach Retreat is equipped with cleaning gear if your pet is malting or has made some mess please clean it up.

We reserve the right to withhold bond for any extra damage, breakages, cleaning or sanitising required because of your pet(s) and if necessary you may be liable for further costs.

There are very few holiday houses that allow pets, please do the right thing to ensure we can continue to offer this service.

These rules are not overly restrictive but are necessary to ensure all guests enjoy Seagate Beach Retreat and can continue to holiday with their pets in the future.
