The property is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, magnificent tri-level home located on a huge 2,375 sqm elevated site. Situated in expansive Balinese Style landscaped gardens, in native coastal vegetation the house is tastefully furnished with a combination of modern western and antique furniture collected from across Asia. Retire to either the upper balcony or the beach to watch wonderful sunsets over the Indian Ocean.

There is an extensive outside entertainment area on the ground floor with patio decking, including: built in barbeque, comfortable outdoor furniture made from teak with a large 2.2 m teak table, plus 8 chairs, in addition to a 5 seat outdoor rattan sofa setting. Sit outside on the deck at night and feel like you are in Bali with cool summery breezes and the sound of the ocean waves as background music. There is no road or other obstruction between the property and the beach. On the 2nd Floor is a large balcony with uninterrupted ocean views of Warnbro Sound with access onto the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom.

Bedrooms - the property can accommodate up to 10. Sleep in complete 5 star Sheraton/Westin hotel luxury with the beds being the famous heavenly beds made by King Koil: 2 King beds (180 cm x 200 cm), 1 Queen bed & 4 Single King (120 cm x 200 cm). All bed linen is supplied including bathroom and beach towels. Imagine laying in bed and hearing the waves break at night. That is how close the beach is! Breathe the sweet freshness of the morning sea breeze. Or lay in bed overlooking the ocean.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including, oven, microwave, fridge (610 litre) & dishwasher. For your convenience you will find a washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, 50' TV and DVD player (with extensive DVD library) and free wireless internet access. Parking for 2 cars inside the garage and up to 6 cars in the driveway. In the winter months a slow combustion wood fire, set in a protected area of the back deck, allows you to still enjoy the closeness of nature
