Open lounge area with large sofa to accommodate many with LCD TV and blu-ray DVD player.

Log wood fire with plenty of wood provided.

Large entertaining deck with BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture.

Driveway easily accommodating 2 cars inside the front gate.

Plenty of indoor entertainment for the kids and adults with various boardgames and playing cards.

Doonas, pillows,kitchen tea towels provided, but B.Y.O bath and beach towels.
Bed linen provided for extra $10 per person.
