There is a ceiling fan in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and microwave oven. There is a great dining table for 6. Tv, dvd and video, cd player provide the inside entertainment. Polished timber floors in the living areas and carpeted bedrooms. The house has a lovely comfortable feel. There is a bathroom and off the main bedroom is an ensuite. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the laundry. The property is mostly fenced with a huge decking area partially covered, looking out on to a lovely garden area. There is a gas bbq and an outdoor setting perfect for outdoor entertaining. It is an easy 10 minutes walk to the surf beach. No Smoking Inside, No Animals.
