"Linda met my brother and me in the foyer of the Q1 before accompanying us to the room, even taking one of our suitcases off our hands to lighten the load after a long day of travel.
We were in awe of the crystal clear views of the beach, ocean and Surfers Paradise CBD the moment she opened the door.
Upon entering the apartment there is a small entry foyer which doubles as a spare bedroom, complete with a fold-out sofa bed.
The room extends into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
This space is bright and airy with large windows offering sweeping views of the CBD and ocean.
The kitchen features full gas cooking facilities, rangehood, microwave, fridge and dish drawer, making your holiday more affordable by providing everything you need to make yummy home-cooked meals.
Glass sliding doors surround a sunroom/indoor balcony with unsurpassed views.
This room features a large dining table and another fold-out sofa bed, doubling as a second spare bedroom for additional guests.
The master bedroom adjoins this room and features a queen size bed, bedside tables and enough room to set up the single fold-out bed stored in the walk in wardrobe.
The wardrobe opens into the bathroom which features a spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity. This room can also be accessed from the apartment's foyer area.
As guests of this beautiful apartment you have full access to the gym, indoor and outdoor pools and games room on the ground floor.
There is also a cafe and spa where you can indulge and be pampered for hours on end.
Perhaps the best feature of this property is its location - just a few moments walk from the beach, popular shopping strips, restaurants and night life.
Public transport can also be caught nearby to take you to theme parks and other attractions outside of Surfers Paradise.
My brother and I stayed here for a week in April, 2011 and we are happy to call it the best holiday of our lives!"
