Holiday house

Freycinet Vista is a brand new fully furnished luxury retreat on Tasmania's iconic East Coast. This eco-friendly house has 85m frontage to 9 Mile Beach.

Nestled on the dunes Freycinet Vista is a single storey open plan house with ramp access. It contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas & 2 decks & sleeps 6 (+2).
Children & dogs welcome.
Freycinet Vista provides modern open plan living in a secluded beach setting with spectacular views.

Interconnecting living & bedroom modules provide comfort & privacy for multiple guests & a 2nd bathroom & separate TV room give flexibility & minimise noise. (see floor plan)
The house is double glazed with reverse cycle air conditioning & a log fire for cosy relaxed evenings.

Freycinet Vista provides:
Comfortable accommodation for 6 adults in 3 bedrooms:
2 Queen Bedrooms (1 ensuite).
1 Twin bedroom.
(In addition 2 trundle beds and a cot are available on request).
Ensuite bathroom with shower & family bathroom with bath & shower.
Kitchen with induction cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator(ice/water)
Large open plan Living/Dining area with modular leather lounge & stone dining table with seating for 8. This area enjoys 180 degree views.
Separate TV room (with leather furniture & digital TV/DVD) also with views.
Spacious childproof front deck & a rear deck with barbecue & views. Laundry with washer & dryer.
Quality linen & electric blankets all beds.

Child friendly: Both decks are fully enclosed with a child proof gate. There is a guard around the fire. Cot, high chair.

Dog friendly: Dogs are welcomed inside and doggy beds, bowls and towels are provided. The property is a member of the Land for Wildlife scheme and has no fences. However your dog can be safely enclosed on the huge front deck or the smaller rear deck.
No dogs on furniture or carpeted areas please.

Locality

Freycinet Vista is approximately half way between Hobart and Launceston and is ideally positioned for exploring Tasmania's East Coast known for the best weather in Tasmania.

Freycinet National Park and Douglas Apsley National Park are an easy drive away as are Coles Bay, Bicheno, Friendly Beaches and the Bay of Fires.

Nearby Swansea provides all the necessary facilities including supermarket, service stations, hotel, doctor, cafes and restaurants.

Local wineries and freshly caught seafood are a feature of the area.

The property has direct access to 9 Mile Beach, a safe sandy beach. suitable for swimming, fishing, canoeing, kite surfing, dog walking. There is a public boat ramp 3 min drive away and room to store a boat/trailer on the property.
The house takes advantage of sweeping views while maintaining absolute privacy.
