Holiday house

Aardvark House is a great place for families and people working or travelling together. You can enjoy the privacy of your own spacious self-contained house which sleeps up to eight.

Aardvark House has that relaxed feel. Set on a 900 square metre block, it has plenty of off-street parking, and it is only 3km from the centre of Tamworth.

The four bedrooms have electric blankets, and doonas for the colder months. Beds are made up with linen and blankets prior to your visit.

The large bathroom has a shower with hand rail and an additional seperate full size bath and the bath towels will be there for you.

The house has a an air-conditioner and fans. A huge LED TV/DVD will keep you entertained.

The laundry is equipped with washing machine, iron and board, and there is drying rack for wet days and a cloths line in the enclosed yard.

There is bench on the covered verandah and picnic chairs for outdoor entertaining.

Aardvark House is a non-smoking cottage and smoke detectors have been fitted.

The kitchen is well equipped with gas hotplates and an electric oven, frypan, microwave and fridge. The house is only a few blocks from restaurants, clubs, pubs and takeaways.

Pets

Pet-friendly. For all sized dogs and cats fully fenced yard. Well-mannered pets are very welcome. Dogs and cats must be on a proprietary flea treatment, be immunised and come with their own bedding. No pets on furniture. Please collect all droppings – a cleaning and a poop collection fee will be charged if necessary.
