Holiday house

This comfortable family holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with large family bath and overhead shower, located in popular Jan Juc a short stroll to the Jan Juc surf beach.

The home is baby/toddler friendly, with a high chair, portacot and range of toys to keep the kids busy.

The home is located in a quite court, and has a large fenced yard for children to play in with the deck having glimpses of nearby Jan Juc Surf beach.

The clean, well presented home includes air conditioning to the expansive living space, and a fullyequipted kitchen with all your crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils (microwave).

You will only need to bring Linen and bath/beach towels.

The living / dining area is furnished for comfort and has a new 42" LCD flat screen TV, DVD unit and CD stereo player. A range of DVD's are supplied for your use, including selected latest release movies. The living space opens to the beach facing balcony with outdoor dining table and chairs supplied to relax and enjoy the view.

The spacious master bedroom has a large BIR. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and two further single beds, comfortably sleeping four while the third bedroom includes a queen sized bed.

Items that are supplied for the baby / toddlers are a port-a-cot, highchair, baby rocker, activity centre for newborns, range of toys etc.

A washing machine, dryer and clothes airer (and clothes line) are provided.

To get around the area a car is advised, however every possible convenience is a short walk away, including the nearby Torquay Golf Course, Jan Juc Hotel (which offers Free thursday night childrens enterntainment between 6-8pm - bookings essential) while it is an easy 15 minute stroll into Torquay.

Locality

Jan Juc is a coastal town of Victoria, Australia, adjacent to Torquay, Victoria. At the 2006 census, Jan Juc had a population of 3,158.

The Jan Juc beach lies between Rocky Point to the East and Bird Rock to the West, and is bounded by high cliffs, save in the middle where an intermittent creek enters Bass Strait through sand dunes. The beach is patrolled during summer months by the Jan Juc Surf Life Saving Club
