Holiday house

The house is located in the Torquay Ocean Acres area close to the Great Ocean Road. It is only a three minutes drive to the Torquay town centre and beaches. The property is on an acre block and great for indoor or outdoor activities. The house is 65 squares and sleeps 12 plus.

Features: 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including ensuite with spa bath, 2 laundry's, ducted gas heating & refrigerated air conditioning, ceiling fans, large kitchen, large formal dining room, 3 separate living areas that include a formal lounge room with grand piano, family room with large billiard table, upstairs there is a retreat area or sitting room ideal for reading, relaxing or watching TV. Wireless internet connection & free local telephone calls. Large double garage.
There are 5 bedrooms up stairs 1 King Size Bed, 2 Double Beds, 2 Singles and Bunk Beds, plus there is a self contained apartment downstairs with Queen size bed. Total sleeping capacity 12.

Down stairs, the self contained apartment consists of a master bedroom. living area, full kitchen with oven, cook top and dishwasher & fridge, bathroom and laundry. You can shut this off from the rest of the house or open it up to join in.

There is a reverse cycle central heating and refrigerated air conditioning unit that works effortlessly to keep it the right temperature.

The house has an incredibly spacious living and entertaining areas suitable for a variety of family uses and activities. There is an outdoor entertainment area with BBQ, table and chairs. There is a fenced outdoor play area with swings and sand pit ideal for small children. Cubby house.

3 Minutes drive from Torquay town centre, and local beaches, Torquay Front Beach, Whites Beach, Fishermans Beach, Surf Beach, Bells Beach and 3 minutes from the Great Ocean Road
