Open plan living/dining area.
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and convection oven.

Digital HD TV, VCR, DVD/CD player.

2 bedrooms - Master with ensuite. Main bathroom with large bath.

Laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Bedding, linen and bath towels provided. (Please BYO beach towels.)

High chair and portable cot available.

300m to beach.
100m to Tennis court, BBQ, outdoor pool, Clubhouse, playground, bocce court and other facilities.

Restrictions:
Smoking not permitted inside the house nor on the upstairs balcony.
Pets not permitted.
No schoolies.

Just a thank you re the accommodation. It was great. You have really set it up for family purposes and this makes the stay so much more enjoyable. The facilities in the complex are great and the extras you provide are exceptional (laundry, highchair, BBQ, etc). Hope to contact you again soon re another stay. - Amanda M., January 2009.
