Cottage, Holiday house

Settlers Cottage is a rustic original settlers cottage dating back 110 years. It has three large bedrooms, with high ceilings and one with open fireplace. The renovated bathroom has a two person spa where you can let your stresses go and relax and watch a dvd on the plasma tv. Lounge, still with original wood fireplace, opens out to the modern kitchen which in turn has large glass doors opening to barbeque area complete with outdoor setting. All this and only three blocks from Warrnambools beautiful beaches and one block from the CBD. While in Warrnambool you might like to try some fishing, boating, swimming or go for a look at the whales, approx. July through to October. Warrnambool also hosts the Fun for kids Festival, June/July school holidays, this is one of the best Festivals of its type in the world. Then there is the famous Warrnambool May Races held during first week of May each year which brings many visitors back year after year for the unique hospitality that Warrnambool has to offer.
