Self-contained apartment

Apartment on Dover is a lovely modern 2 bedroom apartment located in the fabulous seaside village of Williamstown.
It has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, dining table and all the mod cons of home. The spacious lounge area has 2 large sofas (one which converts to a fold out double sofa bed), an LCD TV with FOXTEL connected, DVD player including a selection of DVD's. A sliding door opens to a balcony, the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine.
The modern bathroom includes a spa bath, with overhead shower, large vanity and mirror. There is a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. In order to accommodate two couples, we can convert to a queen bed by pushing together and adding a mattress topper (pls note your requirements in your enquiry). There is also a double fold out sofa bed. We will supply a portacot and highchair upon request.

Locality

Apartment on Dover is centrally located in Williamstown - Melbourne's first seaport and now a popular and fashionable maritime village. Williamstown is located at the mouth of the Yarra river where it enters Hobsons bay, 10 km south-west from the CBD.

Apartment on Dover is one block back from The Strand - arguably one of Melbourne's finest streets with it's magnificent city skyline and bay views. The perfect place to stroll and enjoy fish and chips on the foreshore as you watch the ships pass by - or enjoy one of the many parks with your children. We are also 300 metres to the main shopping area in Williamstown, including the supermarket, various shops and cafes, pharmacy etc. The nearest pub is a mere 50m away where you can enjoy a fantastic meal, or else try one of the many restaurants on Nelson Place - a 10 minute walk along the Strand. The nearest train station is a 10 minute walk (with free all day parking).
Williamstown Beach is approx 2 km (a short drive away) and we are3 km from Scienceworks, and 5km from cosmopolitan Yarraville Villiage with its fabulous art deco cinema and eclectic shops and cafes.
The ferry leaves Gem Pier (10 miute walk) every hour to Southbank in the City, and the Williamstown Craft market is held the 3rd Sunday of every month.
Apartment on Dover overlooks a childrens playground. We are located at the rear of a quiet leafy apartment block, on the second floor (one flight of stairs). Off street parking is available.
