Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday house accommodates to a maximum of 9 people. The house has 1 x King, 2 x Queen and 2 Singles plus a single trundle. Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with another lounge.
The house opens up to a huge decked outside entertainment area with sun lounges, gas BBQ and table & chairs, then step down to a beautiful grassy area with fabulous views of Corner Inlet and Wilsons Promontory.

Locality

Our property is only 3 minutes drive to beautiful Wilsons Promontory National Park where you can explore Mountains, forests, beaches and bushland,with more than 30 walks covering 130KM of various tracks. Not to mention the abundant wildlife. Also very close to the magnificent Waratah Bay/Sandy Point/Shallow Inlet and you may explore the Walkerville Lime Kilns. Enjoy the wineries and local produce or bike ride 'The Great Southern Rail Trail".

Property

2 of the 10 acres is old growth forest, we are listed as a Land For Wildlife, with wombats, echidnas and a huge range of passing birds and animals. Our 2 paddocks have alpacas and lambs. Easy access to the Prom and other sites. The property is designed for the quiet get away in the bush, it is not suited as a party house. You will wake to the songs of birds!

2 of 10 acres is old growth forest, with many other local trees and bushes. Safe for fauna listed as Land for Wildlife, new owners are planting 100 new trees. Grey and black water cleaned through bacterial process. Chemicals are being eliminated for eco-friendly. Compost and recycling.

Farmland Experiences

Farm animals live on the property, Sheep, Cattle, Other farm animals.

10 acres with two paddocks. Currently have lambs and alpacas. Often have calfs. Chicken house planned, which may also have quail! All animals are used to humans; so if you approach the fence quietly they should not run away, making good photo opportunities. Wander up the road to view diary farms. For the sake of the animals wild and domestic sorry no pets.
