As you walk into this spacious house you are greeted with the magnificent ground level views of the Wooli beachfront, Pacific Ocean Solitary Islands beyond, which arecaptured from the kitchen, sunroom, dining lounge areas.
The property features 2 bathrooms, 2 sunrooms, large yard, HUGE lock-up garage area and separate laundry. Conveniently located this property is directly opposite the Main Street Store and is a very short walk to the Bowling Club with Chinese Restaurant, Post Office, Tennis Courts, playground, Oyster shop and The Kiosk.
