Bed & Breakfast

Currawong Blue is a Traditional in- house Bed & Breakfast. Beautifully refurbished with spacious accommodation.

There are two suites.

The French Room, Ground floor, having Queen bed with an adjoining private Sitting/TV room with DVD. Private bathroom is an ensuite having shower, basin & toilet. This room does not have a spa. Private entrance is through French doors from the verandah.

Studio Room, First floor, upstairs, having Double bed with an adjoining private Sitting/TV room with DVD. Private bathroom is directly downstairs having a two person spa, shower, basin and separate toilet room.

Nestled in 90 acres of native untouched bushland, enjoy the peace and tranquility.

Complimentary afternoon tea/or cheese and fruit platter on arrival, enjoy a sumptuous gourmet breakfast by the open log fire in the guest's diningroom.

Take relaxing walks through the native parklands of Boomers Reserve. Enjoy the native orchids, observe the goldmine shafts from yesteryear.

Experience the enjoyment of the local attractions all within an easy five kms walk in the fresh air. Wineries, artists studios, designated historic gold mining walking trails. Queenstown Cemetery, Panton Hill Hotel, St. Andrews Hotel enjoy the delicious meals, live music and relaxed atmosphere these hotels offer, and of course visit the colourful community market held on Saturdays at St. Andrews.

Gawa Wurundjeri Aboriginal Resource Trail is located within 10 minutes drive. A well signed self guided walking trail showing the flora and fauna used by the people who lived in the area thousands of years ago. Information showing the plants and bushes used in the making of spears, medicine, baskets, food seasoning, fishing tools and many more are illustrated along the walk.

Cancellation Policy.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and this amount is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or changed within seven days of your stay.

In the event of cancellation outside the seven days, your deposit will be refunded less 10% booking fee.

Balance is payable on arrival.

Payment is by cash, credit card or bank transfer.
